Racine Spartan Soccer Club Policies
Player Club Pass Policy
Beginning in the Fall of 2004, the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association has adopted a Player Club Pass policy that allows certain players to play on more than one team (belonging to the same club) at any time during the season provided that:
- the club has filed an application to participate in the Player Club Pass program
- the rules governing the maximum number of minutes playable by a youth player on any given day are not violated.
Details of the Club Pass policy were reviewed at the July 2004 meeting and it was the opinion of the members that the policy was in the best interest of qualified players. As such, it was decided that the Club would take the necessary steps to apply for participation in the program.
A completed form was filed with the WYSA secretary and the following confirmation of the filing was received from Terry Donini on August 2, 2004:
Received you email attachment regarding the club pass and will enter you into the data base of clubs using the program.
